Phoenix MRC takes issues of quality seriously. We are MRS Company Partners and ISO 20252:2019 accredited, having met the new international standard for market research. All projects are carried out to meet or exceed this standard.
MRS Company Partner Accreditation
MRS Company Partner accreditation demonstrates our research capability and integrity to clients, customers and research participants through the MRS Code of Conduct.
As an MRS Company Partner, Phoenix MRC agrees to uphold the standards of excellence laid out in the MRS Code of Conduct and the MRS Quality Commitment Form. Every MRS Company Partner agrees to the following conditions from day one:
- All staff of a Company Partner will understand their responsibilities under the MRS Code of Conduct and have the skills and processes in place to fulfil them
- Company Partners will co-operate with the MRS to assist in the early resolution of any complaints involving the company and its employees
